This is to help people who are struggling with the wingsuit. This video should help you get the rhythm down. Basically you want to dive down until the streaks coming from your body turn red and then pull up and repeat. You can actually GAIN height if you do it correctly (so long as you are not already at the invisible ceiling). I will upload another video clearly showing gaining height in the wingsuit.

Peer pressure and school makes me either nervous or angry, just stress not too dramatic. I would just avoid my problems and just “sweep them under the rug”… it didn’t seem to help. It just make me more close minded and cold to people I used to love being around. Like most people I would worry or do nothing about my anxiety/anger. Recently I played some soccer with my annoying cousins but after I felt happy and refreshed. My mind felt clear for once. I used to run around the block then I got bored of it… Lately my muscles have been spazzing so I started stretching from what I remember from ballet. I felt pure and simple. My mind no longer had angry and bitter thoughts. I had positivity for life. Today I feel like running it’s so strange. People always complain how boring and hard exercising is… I think it gets out all the bad mental activity. Why is running/exercise/stretching a good outlet to get over anxiety/anger?
