How do I get height in a Rube Goldberg Machine?

My group and I must make an energy transfer apparatus for Physics class, but we are having a hard time finding a way to gain height. The ultimate goal is to raise a flag at least 25 centimeters. To do that, we plan to use a pulley, but so far, our whole machine takes advantage of gravity and only goes down. We really need ideas on how to get some height into our machine. Please help!
how can one lose weight and gain height at the same time, but very fast?- by a 16 yr old?

im a 16yr old boy. and im short as well as overweight.
and ive got some serious problems at school because of dat.
i have to lose weight and gain height in 3weeks minimum as thats wen my school starts. i know ppl will say “oh ur 16 ur still growing” but ive had enough of that nonsense. im only 5′2 and i weigh 86kgs. i need some serious hellp fast. I SWIM EVERYDAY FOR AROUND HALF AN HOUR CONTINOUSLY. IS THAT ENOUGH?

i am 16 years old and i am 5′3.1/2 do you think that i could grow some more like around 3-5 inches maybe? can you give me some tips how to gain some heights? thanks y’all…

because in my personal reason i have to gain my weight and height my weight is just 82kg and my height is 4′11 it doesn’t fit my age, im 17……..there different consequences..
