Lay flat on your back with your knees up and your feet flat on the floor. Your feet should be tucked in closely to your behind. Grab and hold onto your ankles as you raise your hips and arch your spine to lift your abdominals as high as you can. Lower yourself and then raise yourself again. You want to hold each rep for 3 – 10. If it’s too difficult to grasp and hold your ankles, keep your arms to the side, flat and with your palms down.
