@jespercoorell contrary to popular belief, just jumping won’t do much in jumping. It only helps you practice and master the movement, but ones, you’ve mastered given mechanics, you still need to get stronger on your limit strength. That is traditionally, the full squat measured on strength ratio(1.5 – 3x plus). You can generate force by getting efficient at the movement. These things may still not transfer to

@stretchexpert Man im not saying you dont have elevation cause i never seen you jump but unless your like 6-6 that is not ten feet cause the elevation from your feet is not high at all

@stretchexpert o, see i believe in stretch, becuz it does make a difference, but wat do u suggest doing after i do air alert, btw im 6’0 to 6’1 and my vert is about 34-36

man 22 inch vert thats weak and im white. Although i did find your videos on stretching very use full, do you know and stretches that will help with my naging knee.

i don’t think your thing is workin… you’re tall enough to dunk, you got a natural thing, its not like you can jump enough to dunk..

Damm- i did not build that goal- it was a local playground- all i know is to be a champion- you must train or shut up… after doing that video i was sore for days…stretching helped a-lot

daaaamn 6,3 and u dunk that easily im 5,11 and i can dunk but im far from dunking consistantly like that and catchig off the backboard on 10..
