– The cat like stretch- Get on all fours on the floor (hands and knees) with your back arched upward. Then bend your spine downward and tilt your head up. Hold each manoeuvre for at least 5-10 seconds.
– The Super Snake- start with your arms horizontal to the floor with your back arched downward. Then bring your hips up to form a reverse V position with your chin touching your chest the whole time. Do this repeatedly, each lasting 10-20 seconds or as long as you can hold the position.
– Basic Leg and thigh routine- Sit on the floor and spread your thighs as far apart as you can and reach the tip of your toes with both hands. Repeat the process with either foot. Maintain your balance to prevent any back injury.
– Sprints- Do quick laps outside or even indoors if possible
– Kicking exercises- While standing up kick as high as your legs can reach.
– Cycling- You can do this indoors (gym) or outdoors with a bike. Do the routine for at least an hour every day
– Jumping Jacks- perform at least 100 jumping jacks for an hour or 50 jumping jacks in thirty minutes.
– Use a jumping rope for at least 20-30 minutes every day.
– A variety of grow taller stretches sometimes requires balancing bars. You pull yourself up using the bars and you hold the position for at least 10 seconds. Some extremists hang their chin on the bars, but this is completely unnecessary and potentially dangerous.
