Exhale and move into the cat position by reversing the spine curl into and upward position while tilting the pelvis down and pulling the tummy and chest in. Repeat 5-10 times. Chin -up – You need a horizontal bar high enough for you to fully extend your body. Grasp the bar with an overhand grip then pull down until the chin is above the bar. After which lower your body until your arms and shoulders are fully extended.

Repeat. Pull-up – Again, step up and grasp bar with your two hands. Try to pull your body until your neck is in level with your hands.
