@sange7lol since you are 14..you are expected to get taller naturally..prob until you are 18-21..but if you wanna get taller than what u r expected, then u gotta drink milk..play sports like basketball, vollyball, tennis( sports thats requires you to jump and stretch your body, to prove it check the ppl who play tennis and vollyball, they are tall..the william’s twins are at least 5’10”..also maria sharapova the tennis star is 6’2″ ) ..also do not smoke..it will stunt your growth..good luck

Lets face it: Height increase is very basic today, nothing is really known how to really increase vertical height. Genes play one part of the thing, but another part could infact increase your height maybe a little bit. And that should be eat healthy (all vitamines, minerals etc) and exercise, some says resistance training (swimming, cycling, running etc) is great to gain height. My view is that I will try use supplements (vit/minerals) along with HGH release pills, eat healthy and exercise..

can someone please answer me one thing: Some people claim that you can, by doing these stretching exercises, grow allmost 2 inches… some says even 3 inches! Personally, I don’t believe that just because 2-3 inches is a significant difference. (1 inch = 2 cm 3 inches = 6 cm). So what do you guys think? Is it possible to grow that much by doing only stretching exercises and eat healthy? You won’t increase bone mass since you only stretching muscles and tissues. This must be fake.. or? genes?

TheEgyptianone did you know that broccoli has more calcium than milk? So you don’t have to drink milk to get your required daily calcium intake. I believe that spinach also is high in calcium. Just a thought.
