I just turned 16 and I’m around 5’2 and I think that’s bad, I do the cobra every night before I sleep, which position do you guys think is the most effective? this actully work right?

Is 5’5” an average height for a 14, almost 15 year old boy? Also does this actually work?

nice, then i’ll continue doing this :D, but i’ve heard tht a couple of other ppl do this for like 1 hour.. for me it sounds insane.. but idk, maby it’s good for them. depends on what you eat aswell. lots of protins… MILK says to be the best for these kinds of exercises. some say it’s just waste of time. i really wanna do this for a while and then i wanna see the results.

@Cxeri93 yea, but I do it b4 going for sports. I too hope to be at least 183 in height. Now a days, girls are taller then boys man in college. So embarrassing.

Yes that is normal for your age, some people are 6ft and up by then but sometimes people just have good DNA from there tall parents. Sometimes that doesn’t even matter, sometimes two Small people ( midgets ) can give birth to an average sized human who grows to 5ft 9 and up. So if your asking yourself can i really grow taller, Yes you can, doing them for 10 minutes is also a good start i do my exercises for 20-30 minutes a day. Hope this helps, friend.

That really chocked me… I mean 5.1 centimeters in 3 months. that’s very surprising! I’m 16 and I started doing this yesterday just right before sleeping, for 10 minutes.
You think this is good for me? I’m 174-175 right now.

yeah i know, i checked it… i did a little bit Yoga (10 minutes) before sleeping haha xD
hope i still can do it in weeks.. lol it felt so relaxing when sleeping.. 😀

@Cxeri93 Well I dont know exactly it’s different for everybody some may grow fast and some may grow slower, it just depends on how much you stretch. with my exercises I grew 2 inches in about 2-3 months. Also drink lots of Milk, it’s great for the body.

@May199305 Well I’m 21. Hanging I do for 20 – 30 seconds per rep, I usually do about 10 reps twice a day once at 5am and again at 9pm before bed. That way your body is tired out and you’ll get a good night sleep. I also reach for my toes standing up and lying down, 5 seconds each rep usually do that about 10-20 times, Remember to breathe, don’t hold your breath while stretching or working out. It can cause strains and pains. Also drinking lots of milk and running / jump rope helps alot.
