@teweszilliax i see guys doin em they are the dumbest workout ever. why would you want to add stress to the neck. just do a damn lat raise a pull up and youre good. i watch this guy for humor. keeps me entertained, plus his accent relaxes me during work. dont know why. other than that he is full of toilets

Arnold looked good and hard to argue with that. I was eluding to his “Physiology Lesson” about Cortisol. Also, bodybuilders in the 70’s made many mistakes in some of their movements, ie. not safe. Besides it’s all about functional movements these days…getting just big slows you down/makes it awkward to do most sports!! vanity is the only reason to just get big.

i do not recommend fully what is shown in this clip in my opinion for classic exercises = 1. pullups 2. pushups 3. squats 4. dips 5. biceps curls 6. swimming 7. healthy food

@anthonycarrolljr first off eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day, gives you more energy and speeds your metabolism. energy drinks are terrible the give you immediate energy and then crash you down.
