@milotist Do some stretching exercises (it improves your posture, don’t know if it lengthen bones though, but you can gain 2-3 inches by better posture). Eat healthy and variated, milk, vegetables, proteins, vitamins etc., get at least 8 hours sleep every night.
To your info I can tell you that feet and hands grow first, then arms and legs and finally your spine.
Try to measure your reach. Your height would probably end up being the same.

@milotist Um, sports like basketball and swimming only fix your posture and help extend your backbone. I dont think they have much of an impact on how you grow.
